Toyota has announced the farewell of the fifth generation of the GR Supra sports car with a special edition called the MkV Final Edition. Scheduled for 2026, this model marks the end of the line with a full focus on performance.

The new version includes recalibrated suspension, upgraded brakes, a turbocharged six-cylinder engine producing 382 hp, and the option of a manual transmission. The launch is expected soon, with a starting price of $69,085.

Although not as extreme as the limited A90 Final Edition sold outside the U.S., the American MkV Final Edition Supra stands out with technical improvements. It retains the 3.0-liter inline-six turbo engine with 500 Nm (50.8 kgfm) of torque and offers rear-wheel drive, with a choice between an eight-speed automatic or six-speed manual gearbox. All models feature details like a carbon fiber ducktail-style spoiler, front tire extensions, and wheel arch fins.

Additionally, Toyota will offer a visual package inspired by the GR Supra GT4 EVO2 race car—ideal for those seeking exclusivity.

With this, the brand will end production of the fifth-generation Supra in the spring of 2026, celebrating the legacy of the sports car with a farewell edition that combines bold styling and refined performance.
